“ wow! One of my buddies loves barbecue more than anything. He goes on trips around the country just to try barbecue. He recommended this is a semi-local place that I had to try. He said it was the best brisket Easter, Texas. He was not wrong! I came here with three of my kids. The service was phenomenal! But the food even outside the great service. The brisket was phenomenal, but the ribs weren't far behind. The sides were really good. We got mac & cheese, straight corn salad, sweet potato crunch, and the hash brown casserole. Everything was phenomenal! This is by far one of the best BBQ places I have ever eaten at! I can't wake to come back. ”

“ Come early and come hungry. They do sell out, but it's for a great reason. Every time we come, we notice a lot of people get their sandwiches, however we love to come as a big group and get a sample of everything. The burnt ends is always our favorite and don't sleep on the turkey. The baked beans always seem to be our favorite side dish in addition to the sweet potato crunch. Best BBQ in Anderson. It's Texas style and blows Carolina BBQ out of the water. ”

“ So excited for a nice drive to Fork Grove BBQ - a feature on the SC BBQ Trail. A delightful "farm table" decor, very clean and roomy inside with outdoor seating as well. Lots of outdoor games to bide your time as well Fabulous BBQ. The pink smoke ring was definitely present on the sliced brisket and ribs. Both were tender, juicy with a substantial bark. Nice smoke flavor without being too Smokey. The jalapeño link had a nice bite but not too much. Same with the Thai spiced pork belly burnt ends. I guess you could say everything was cooked perfectly with a beautiful restraint of having the smoke take over. Enjoyed 3 of their delicious sides. And really enjoyed the addition of pickles and pickled onions that bright a bit of acidity to the table. What a wonderful new fixture in Anderson !! ”
“ This was the best barbecue I ever had! Everything was delicious from the brisket down to the sausages. Besides the sterile, cafeteria style seating, and they didn't give me any pickles or pickled onions and by the time I remembered seeing them in a photo, I was almost done with my meal. This was disappointing because all the while eating, all I could think was "some acid would be great to cut through this fat". However, the delicious meats and fair pricing more than made up for all that. The brisket was fatty and delicious, the pork ribs were nicely smoked and rendered, the sausages had a wonderful snap to the skin, and the pork belly burnt ends were to die for. The mac & cheese was delicious, the street corn wasn't bad, and the sweet potatoes were pretty good. The only thing missing on this menu was collard greens for me. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely be back again! ”
